Experience Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in organizational development, capacity assessment, or institutional strengthening of NGOs or civil society organizations. Experience working with civil society organizations in Bangladesh.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of governance, gender equality, safeguarding, and inclusive governance practices. Experience in designing and facilitating organizational capacity assessments and institutional development initiatives.
