Job Description

SNS Spectrum Solutions is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, with a specific focus on freight, shipping, and logistics operations. Based in Dhaka, this full-time office role is ideal for a professional with at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will manage the executive’s schedule, handle confidential correspondence, prepare reports, and act as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal/external parties, requiring strong knowledge of logistics procedures and excellent communication skills.
