We are looking for a highly driven professional as our Process Excellence Associate to work directly with leadership in designing streamlined autonomous, operational systems for day to day business activities.What You’ll DoAnalyze existing business and operational workflowsDesign scalable SOPs and autonomous business processesLeverage AI tools, agents, and automation platforms to eliminate repetitive workResearch and implement industry best practices from high-growth startups and unicornsBuild dashboards, workflows, documentation, and execution frameworksCollaborate closely with management on operational excellence initiativesIdentify inefficiencies and redesign systems for speed, clarity, and scalabilityWhat We’re Looking ForHighly organized and systems-oriented thinkerStrong curiosity about AI, automation, startups, and operational strategyExcellent communication and documentation skillsFast learner with ownership mindsetFamiliarity with tools like Notion, Claude Code, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar is a plusBusiness, engineering, operations, or management whatever it is anyone can apply.
