Job Description

Total Group is seeking a dedicated Production Officer to join their manufacturing team in Anywhere in Bangladesh. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of 12,000-18,000 BDT and requires candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the plastic/polymer or packaging industry. The role involves overseeing production planning, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth operations across all production activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing production plans, implementing maintenance procedures, and supervising upkeep staff. This position offers excellent career opportunities within Total Group, with staff accommodation provided and yearly increment benefits. Male candidates aged 20-45 years are encouraged to apply, with the understanding that they must be willing to work both day and night shifts on a roster basis and stay in factory accommodation.
