Job Description

Shayna Corporation is hiring a Production, Packaging & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Old Dhaka. This full‑time role bridges production, sales, and logistics, ensuring accurate label printing, efficient packaging, and timely dispatch of products. The ideal candidate will have a BBA (or a degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics), 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to manage staff, vendors, and transport partners.

The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining real‑time inventory records, conducting stock reconciliations, and supervising warehouse personnel while coordinating closely with sales and delivery teams. The position offers a salary of BDT 20,000 and provides a dynamic office environment from 9:45 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, with Friday off.
