The Project Engineering Lead – Civil & Infrastructure position at Laldia Container Terminal offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead major infrastructure projects in the port and maritime sector. Based in Anywhere in Bangladesh, this role requires a PhD-qualified candidate with 10-15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in ports, container terminals, and marine constructions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all civil and infrastructure designs meet APMT standards, local regulations, and international engineering codes while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

This leadership position involves working closely with the project core team and reporting to the Project Director, with functional oversight from the Head of Asset Design Engineering. The role demands strong technical expertise in coastal area developments, marine transportation, and energy projects, along with proven experience in container terminal or port infrastructure design and construction. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to drive design consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver compliant and optimal solutions, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and making timely technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
