Job Description

The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) seeks a qualified female Project Manager to lead an SRHR/SGBV project focused on children and youth with disabilities in Dhaka. This role involves comprehensive project management responsibilities including implementation, coordination, and reporting for a project supported by Liliane Fonds. The successful candidate will work in an inclusive NGO environment with opportunities for professional growth in disability-inclusive development work.

This Project Manager position offers a competitive salary of 70,000 BDT with benefits including festival bonus, travel allowance, and mobile bill reimbursement. The role requires frequent travel to project locations and involves working with diverse stakeholders including government departments, donors, and civil society organizations. Requirements

Education Requirements

Educational qualifications are required for this project management position.

Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Gender Studies, SRHR studies, or Disability Studies
Specialization or training on SRHR, SGBV, Safeguarding, Women rights

Experience Requirements

Extensive experience in project management and development work is essential.

Minimum 6 years professional experience
4+ years as Project Manager in reputed I/NGOs
Experience in SRHR or health-related initiatives
Stakeholder coordination experience

Qualifications

Key qualifications include leadership abilities and technical knowledge.

Strong understanding of rights-based approaches
Gender equality and disability-inclusive programming knowledge
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in English and Bangla
