Job Description

Sanmar Properties Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM-Civil) to lead construction projects in Chattogram and Dhaka. This role involves managing high-rise residential and commercial developments with 2-3 basements, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills in real estate construction. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Construction and lead a team of project engineers, accountants, and other project personnel, ensuring all works are completed as per program and in conformity with working drawings.

Requirements

• Experience: 8 – 10 years

Education Requirements

Candidates must have the following educational qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Preference for graduates from BUET, CUET, DUET, KUET, or RUET

Experience Requirements

The position requires substantial experience in construction and project management:

8-10 years of total experience in the industry
Minimum 5 years in similar position with reputed real estate companies
Experience managing projects with 2-3 basements
Sound understanding of foundation works for high-rise buildings
