Munshi HR Solutions Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated Relationship Executive to join their dynamic team in Dhaka. Job Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly business targets for core products including liability, personal loans, auto loans, and home loans
• Implement sales and marketing activities to grow business and achieve sales targets
• Develop new customer relationships and leverage existing ones within the customer base
• Acquire new customers through multiple channels including campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals from existing customers
• Analyze financial status to evaluate the creditworthiness of clients
• Collect and complete applications with all required documents from potential clients on a daily basis
• Coordinate with Team Leader/Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Promote specific products as directed by Line Management
• Perform any other business development activities assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Honors degree and have at least one year of experience in relevant fields such as banks, telecommunications, BPO/data entry firms, or consulting firms. The position requires candidates to be at least 24 years of age and open to both male and female applicants. Strong sales skills and experience in personal banking products are essential for success in this role.

• Age requirement: At least 24 years

• Experience with auto loans, home loans, and liability sales preferred

Job Details

This full-time office-based position offers a competitive salary range of 18,000 to 24,000 BDT per month. The role is based in Dhaka with 15 vacancies available for qualified candidates.
