  • IBA, Dhaka University graduates preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications advantageous

Experience Requirements

The position requires extensive experience in sales management and battery industry operations.

  • 10-12 years of experience in battery sales and marketing
  • Experience in manufacturing (light engineering and heavy industry)
  • Proven success in managing sales teams
  • Experience with automotive, solar, EV, and IPS battery markets
