Job Description

PIXELVEGA is seeking two high-performing Sales Development Representatives to strengthen their sales and client acquisition efforts through global marketplaces and direct sales communication. This role is critical for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, managing marketplace conversations, and converting opportunities into clients across both local and international markets. One SDR will work on a day shift on-site handling Bangladesh and similar time zone clients, while another will work on a night shift in a hybrid model handling North American and Europe-based clients. Both roles require strong marketplace expertise, international client handling experience, and excellent English communication skills.

The position offers a competitive salary of BDT 30,000 – 40,000 per month with additional performance-based incentives including quarterly bonuses and yearly salary reviews. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience with proven expertise in managing agency profiles on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Behance, and Dribbble. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work with international clients across different time zones.
