Job Description

Qia Qia International Como Limited offers an exciting opportunity for Sales Executives to join their biscuit production team in Bangladesh. The role involves comprehensive market development, customer acquisition, and relationship management across multiple retail channels including supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesale markets. Successful candidates will drive sales targets while maintaining existing customer relationships and conducting market research to inform product strategies.

This full-time position provides competitive compensation ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 BDT monthly, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products, and possess strong communication skills in Bengali. The role requires regular customer visits, market analysis, and participation in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market share in the assigned territory.
