We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Display Center) Location                : Gulshan 1, Dhaka Organization         : One Culture About Us One Culture (OC) is a Bangladeshi organization that promotes traditional Rickshaw Art to support women’s’ empowerment, education and public health. It strives to create a meaningful and lasting impact. Position Overview We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage our Display Center at Gulshan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, interested in sales and comfortable in working both offline and online. Key Responsibilities 1. Handle sales and assist walk-in customers professionally. 2. Explain product features, cultural value and pricing to customers. 3. Promote sells both in-store and through online activities. 4. Conduct Facebook Live sessions and create basic promotional content. 5. Respond to customer queries via phone, email and social platforms. 6. Manage inventory, stock tracking and product planning. 7. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the display center. 8. Sourcing quality products with reasonable prices. Requirements -Education: Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably business graduate. -Experience: 0–1 year (Fresher are also encouraged to apply) -Candidates experienced in showroom or retail sales management will be given preference -Good communication skills. -Basic computer skills and familiar with online selling platforms. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Negotiable Mobile allowance TA/DA as per organizational policy Other benefit will be given as per company policy.
