The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies and plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and managing a team of sales professionals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and provide forecasts to guide strategic decisions, while collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic PlanningStrong skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Problem-SolvingExcellent Communication, Team Leadership, and Interpersonal SkillsStrong ability to identify market trends and execute data-driven strategiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldRelevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is a plusProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsProficiency in CRM software and familiarity with data analysis tools
