Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
• Maintain clean and organized display areas to enhance customer shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

Requirements & Qualifications

Job Details

This position offers a competitive salary package ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 BDT per month, with additional benefits including mobile bill reimbursement, performance bonuses, and attractive incentive packages based on sales achievements. The basic salary structure is complemented by sales commission, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to increase their earnings through performance.

The workplace is office-based with working hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with Friday being the weekly holiday.
