Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification preferred

Experience Requirements

Professional experience and expertise required for this Scrum Master position.

3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience leading two or more Scrum teams through all Agile ceremonies
Experience driving transformations and change management

Qualifications

Overall qualifications and competencies needed for this role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical partners
Experience supporting multiple teams or working within a scaled Agile environment
Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile engineering/QA practices
