Job Description

SahajMobile is hiring a Senior Credit Manager to spearhead its credit verification and risk validation functions for Cardless EMI and digital financing products. Located in Gulshan, Dhaka, the role requires a leader with deep expertise in fintech credit operations, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure adherence to KYC/AML standards, and mentor a high‑performing verification team.

Experience Requirements

Relevant professional experience is essential.

Minimum 2 years of experience in credit verification, risk management, or fintech lending operations
Preferably 5‑7 years in microfinance, digital lending, EMI financing, or similar fintech environments

Qualifications

Core qualifications for success in this position.

Proven track record in leading high‑volume verification teams
Ability to manage SLA/TAT targets and maintain portfolio quality
