Job Description

Field Nation is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Platform to join their team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of BDT 300,000 – 380,000 per month and involves leading platform engineering initiatives that deliver key improvements around cloud environments and infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee execution across multiple teams, create high-level roadmaps, and provide mentorship to engineering teams both in Bangladesh and the US.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading engineering initiatives and 3+ years of direct coaching/mentoring experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and a thorough understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps principles.
