Senior IT Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for web and mobile applications
• Lead product planning and execution for Web, iOS, and Android applications
• Prepare detailed documentation including PRD, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and DevOps teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile/Scrum delivery cycles
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior insights to inform product decisions
• Track performance using KPIs, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies
• Prioritize features based on ROI, scalability, and business impact
• Ensure timely product delivery with high quality standards
• Support go-to-market strategy and product growth initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant field, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered. With 5 to 10 years of experience required, candidates should have extensive background in software companies or IT-enabled service industries, with a minimum of 5+ years in IT Product Management or leadership roles.

Key skills and qualifications include proven experience managing web and mobile products, strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle management, and experience working with cross-functional tech teams. The role demands excellent documentation and requirement writing skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
