Job Responsibilities

• Develop long-term brand and portfolio strategies for Fresh Polymer & Paints Ltd by integrating market analytics, stakeholder insights, and competitive assessments
• Manage 360-degree marketing campaigns including TVC, outdoor, retail branding, and digital activation to increase brand salience
• Manage product portfolio by aligning pricing, positioning, and value propositions for both polymer and paints segments
• Drive trade marketing and channel engagement initiatives through dealer schemes, distributor incentives, and contractor/painter loyalty programs
• Coordinate new product development and launches by collaborating with R&D, production, and supply chain teams
• Analyze regional sales data and customer demand patterns to identify growth opportunities
• Control brand and marketing budgets by forecasting expenditures and evaluating campaign ROI
• Monitor competitor activities in polymer and paints industries to formulate proactive counter-strategies
• Strengthen corporate brand visibility through consistent retail branding and project-site branding
• Manage cross-functional collaboration among brand, sales, finance, and operations teams

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and have at least 10 years of experience in the chemical, plastic/polymer, or paint industries. Strong strategic brand management capability is essential, with proven experience in launching and scaling new brands. The position requires deep understanding of Polymer and Paints market dynamics in Bangladesh, along with expertise in 360° marketing including ATL, BTL, TTL, Trade Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, along with budget planning and marketing ROI analysis capabilities. Product launch and go-to-market execution expertise is crucial, as well as experience in trade marketing, dealer development, and channel engagement. The successful applicant must have competitor analysis and market intelligence capability, plus strong negotiation and agency management skills.

The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates should be comfortable with travel and field visits to understand market dynamics and customer needs. A proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution is essential for this leadership position.
