Job Description

Jhpiego is hiring a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Advisor for its MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) initiative in Dhaka. The role is pivotal in establishing robust measurement frameworks, overseeing data quality, and translating insights into actionable program improvements for maternal, newborn, child health, and nutrition services. Candidates will work closely with global M&E teams, utilize DHIS2 and PowerBI, and ensure compliance with donor and national reporting standards.

The successful advisor will lead a team of M&E professionals, produce monthly performance reports, and support proposal development and stakeholder engagement. Candidates must hold the following qualifications.

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Public Health, Statistics, etc.)

  • At least 8 years of experience leading M&E activities in the health sector, especially MNCH

Qualifications

Key professional qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in MS‑Excel, MS‑PowerPoint, DHIS2, SPSS/STATA
  • Experience with PowerBI (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement M&E systems for frequent reporting
