Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at our Dhaka office. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategies across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include creating content plans, engaging with audiences, managing campaigns, analyzing trends and analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice on all social media channels. Qualifications Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Excellent Communication and Writing skillsExperience in developing and executing effective Content StrategiesProficiency in using social media management tools and platformsAbility to work independently and collaborate with teamsAnalytical skills for tracking performance metrics and generating reportsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in managing social media for businesses is a plus
