Job Description

Ikigai HR Services Limited is seeking a seasoned Sr. Data Centre Technician to join its Dhaka team, supporting a high‑availability data centre for a multinational client. This full‑time contractual role involves troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, managing hardware installations, and ensuring optimal performance of cooling, power and networking systems. Candidates must possess strong Linux skills, extensive data centre experience, and the ability to work in a 24/7/365 shift environment.

The successful applicant will handle escalated technical support, lead problem‑management cases, and contribute to process automation and documentation. A competitive salary of BDT 150,000‑180,000 reflects the expertise required.
