Moonlux Knit Garments Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / AGM- HR, Admin & Compliance to lead comprehensive HR, administrative, and compliance functions across multiple factories in Dhaka. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals to manage all aspects of human resources, ensure labor law compliance, and maintain international social compliance standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, handling factory recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring the workplace meets all regulatory requirements.
