Job Description

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Summer Intern‑Electrical Safety & AI Automation to join its Dhaka office. This project‑based role supports a strategic initiative that automates the detection of electrical safety non‑conformities and generates standards‑based remediation guidance using photos and documents. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented students with a strong interest in electrical safety, AI, and compliance automation, ready to work with multimodal AI models and real‑world datasets.

The intern will assist in interpreting BNBC, NFPA, IEC, and internal standards, prepare training datasets, support computer‑vision and NLP model development, and validate AI outputs against manual reviews. While the position is unpaid, it offers hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge AI tools, exposure to global safety standards, and the chance to contribute to a high‑impact responsible sourcing initiative.
