Star Computer Systems Limited (SCSL) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Dhaka. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to build candidate pipelines and drive recruitment across diverse technology domains for a leading ICT company in Bangladesh. The role involves working closely with department heads to understand role requirements and source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of recruitment experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and has strong interpersonal skills. Education Requirements
