Bay Emporium Ltd., a sister concern of the Bay Group, is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead and manage retail showroom operations across an assigned region in Bangladesh. This mid-level, full-time office position is ideal for professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience in the Retail Store or Tannery/Footwear sectors who hold a BBA in Marketing. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple showroom locations, driving sales performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring showroom staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency across your designated territory.
