Job Description

DesignXpert Architects & Constructions is seeking a talented Executive (Call Center) to join their team in Dhaka. The Executive (Call Center) will be responsible for professionally handling hotline calls, responding to customer queries and complaints, maintaining detailed records of service requests, and confirming online orders efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills in both Bangla and English, and good computer proficiency. While experience of up to 1 year is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
