Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Node.js Engineer to play a pivotal role in constructing our AI-native CRM and CMS platform from the ground up. This isn’t about maintaining legacy systems; it’s about architecting a new category of business software where AI is fundamental to the infrastructure. Based in Mirpur, Dhaka, you will tackle complex challenges in high-concurrency system design, real-time data synchronization, and the seamless integration of LLMs and AI agents into a scalable SaaS product. The ideal candidate is a passionate engineer who thrives on solving deep technical problems and wants to build a platform with real business impact.

This full-time office position offers a competitive salary range of BDT 50,000 to 70,000 per month, dependent on your expertise and experience. You will work a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM BD Time) to align with U.S. business hours, and receive additional benefits including paid U.S. and Eid holidays, plus a performance-based dividend bonus upon the platform’s profitability. Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Direct experience building and maintaining complex SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate a strong engineering foundation and AI integration skills.

Expert-level Node.js with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and database modeling.
Practical experience with AI infrastructure (vector DBs, LangChain/LangGraph, Ollama, MCP).
Experience with real-time communication (Socket.io) and modern frontend stacks (React/Next.js).
