Job Description

MY Outsourcing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Call Center Team Leader to join their team in Banani, Dhaka. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of 14,000-17,000 BDT and requires candidates with 1-3 years of experience in call center operations. The role involves managing teams, ensuring quality customer service, and meeting performance targets in a dynamic call center environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in both Bangla and English, and experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor in call centers. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight shifts, and demands a self-motivated individual who can handle challenging situations while maintaining team performance.
