Job Description

Dynasty Food and Beverage Industries, the proud owner of Bangladesh’s first Black Water and Alkaline Water brand SAKURA, is seeking a Junior Executive for CRM & Call Center Operations in Dhaka. This full-time office position offers BDT 12,000 – 15,000 monthly salary for a dedicated individual to support customer service and data management operations. The role involves attending daily hotline calls, processing customer orders, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting CRM and courier-related data management.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, motivated, and detail-oriented individual with experience in customer handling or call center operations.
