Job Description

SMEC (an SJ Group company) is hiring a Junior Supervision Engineer to join its Dhaka office, supporting road safety and highway civil works on‑site. The successful candidate will assist senior engineers with daily supervision activities, quality checks, measurements, and documentation, ensuring that construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and World Bank Environmental and Social Standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, gain hands‑on experience in road construction, and contribute to projects that shape the built environment.

The position requires a graduation or diploma in Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in road construction or supervision.
