Officer/Senior Officer - Corporate Sales/B2B Sales/Institutional Sales

Octagon Fibres and Chemicals Ltd is seeking a dynamic Officer/Senior Officer for Corporate Sales/B2B Sales/Institutional Sales at their Gulshan office in Dhaka. This full-time position with Aqua Paints, their flagship brand, offers a competitive salary of 27,500-35,000 BDT and involves promoting industrial protective coatings to corporate clients across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or Commerce, with preference given to public university graduates.

The successful candidate will meet and exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, visiting sites for product sampling and training, ensuring monthly sales targets, communicating product benefits to end users, and carrying out demand generation activities.
