Job Description

Gildan, a global leader in apparel manufacturing, is seeking a Coordinator, OD & Training to join their team in Savar. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to manage training programs, organizational development initiatives, and recognition programs at one of the world’s most efficient and sustainable apparel manufacturers. The role involves coordinating performance appraisals, designing training courses, managing the Gildan Academy platform, and implementing various HR programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective training programs, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and conduct internal audits to ensure HR processes are maintained properly.
