Unissol Group is looking for a seasoned Group HR Manager to unify and elevate HR practices across its sister concerns in Dhaka. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management, covering recruitment, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement for sectors ranging from wastewater treatment to solar energy. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, 5‑7 years of HR experience (including 3‑4 years in a managerial capacity), and a proven track record of fostering positive workplace cultures.

Key responsibilities include leading full‑cycle HR functions, designing development programs, ensuring legal compliance, and leveraging HR analytics for data‑driven decisions. The position offers a competitive salary of 65,000‑80,000 BDT, office hours from Saturday to Thursday (9 AM‑6 PM), lunch provision, prayer breaks, and two annual festival bonuses.
