Job Description

PIXELVEGA is seeking a highly capable and leadership-driven Human Resources Manager to fully own and manage the company’s people, culture, performance, and HR operations. This is a critical role, as we currently do not have an in-house HR function. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all HR-related responsibilities and team management end to end. We are specifically looking for a smart, confident female HR professional with strong communication skills, proven leadership capability, and real-world experience managing medium to large teams in an IT or agency environment.

The position offers a competitive salary of BDT 45,000 – 60,000 per month, negotiable for strong and high-potential candidates.
