Job Description

Sheba Innovations Ltd. is urgently hiring a full-time Senior IELTS Teacher in Dhaka to serve as the lead instructor and program strategist. This is a specialist Subject Matter Expert role requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, explicitly discouraging applications from freshers and currently enrolled students. Based in Shyamoli, Dhaka, the position involves defining the overall learning strategy for IELTS and English communication programs, designing scalable curricula aligned with the latest exam formats, and leading a team of instructors and content developers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a deep, practical understanding of IELTS preparation.

The role offers a negotiable salary range of BDT 30,000 to 40,000 per month based on experience, alongside a collaborative work culture and high ownership for strategic impact. Requirements

Education Requirements

Minimum educational credentials required.
