Manager - Knitting Marketing

We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Knitting Marketing & Planning for the Marketing & Planning of Fabric Knitting. Located in Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar, this full-time position requires developing and executing marketing strategies to generate sales leads, secure orders for Fabric Knitting, and ensure efficient order processing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for program and yarn collection to feed machines, follow-up with assigned buyers, order loading, and knitting production follow-up both in-house and subcontract. Key responsibilities include regular payment collection, handling customer quality complaints, rate approval from HOD, tracking sales performance, and preparing reports. The position requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering, with strong skills in knit garment manufacturing, textile industry knowledge, and technical expertise in knitting processes.
