Job Description

NewVision Solutions Limited, a leading consultancy firm operating in Bangladesh and Japan, is seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer to join their team in House – 85 (1st Floor), Dhaka. This mid-level full-time position offers a competitive salary of 50,000 – 60,000 BDT and requires 3-6 years of experience in business development within engineering or consultancy sectors. The role involves leading opportunity identification, proposal development, and strategic client engagement for projects funded by international organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading pre-bid meetings, preparing technical and financial proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, donors, and private clients.
