Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager – Marketing & Merchandising for a 100% export-oriented RMG company based in Dhaka (Ashulia). This is a senior leadership role focused on driving the knitwear business, including products like T-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, and loungewear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new international buyers, developing long-term business relationships, and overseeing the complete merchandising process from inquiry to shipment. This is a key position for someone with at least 12 years of experience in the garments, textile, or buying house sectors, looking for a challenging career opportunity in Dhaka.

In this role, you will act as a key account manager for strategic knitwear buyers, handling buyer communication, visits, audits, and negotiations. You will be responsible for costing, pricing, and order confirmation, while coordinating with knitting, dyeing, finishing, production, and QA teams. The position offers a salary of 120,000 – 170,000 BDT and requires strong leadership, market intelligence, and negotiation skills.
