Job Description

SahajMobile is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their expanding team in Gulshan-2, Dhaka. This full-time position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Flutter, Python, PHP, Data Science, and Frontend/React technologies. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and CTO to source, screen, and close top technical talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The role offers competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses tied to successful hires, plus annual reviews and festival bonuses. Working days are Sunday through Thursday with two Saturdays per month, and Fridays off. Based in Dhaka, the position requires strong technical recruitment experience, familiarity with software engineering stacks, and the ability to conduct initial technical interviews.
