Job Description

UCEP Bangladesh seeks an experienced Trainer for Automotive Mechanics Trade to join their TVET & Skills program in Dhaka. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to skills development initiatives under the ILO Talent Partnership Project, ensuring high-quality training for decent jobs. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and supporting trainees’ employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of BDT 30,000/- along with project-based benefits. With at least 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics and a diploma in relevant engineering fields, the Trainer will work at UCEP Mirpur TVET Institute, creating impactful learning experiences and supporting youth employment. Education Requirements

Educational background in engineering or related technical fields is essential.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Power/Automotive Engineering

At least 3 years of experience in automotive sector
Experience in NGO sector preferred
Teaching/training experience in technical education

Qualifications

CBT&A Level-4 certification (added advantage)
Proficiency in digital content and teaching aids
Understanding of TVET methodologies and curricula
